Delivery
All items in stock will be shipped within 24 hours and delivery usually takes between 2 and 3 working days.
Our items are shipped from various warehouses depending on the destination country: we ship from England, France, Germany, Spain and Italy.
We offer free delivery to England, France, Germany, Spain and Italy.
Delivery is £4.99 to other European countries.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours but on a rare occasion we may be out of stock of your product. If this happens, we will contact you by email within 24 hours with a solution.

Returns
We do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in good condition, and we hope you are more than happy with your product!
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Unless there is a mistake from our side or the product has a manufacturing defect, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
How to return my item?
Send us an email at contact@juicybumbles.com and we will provide you with an authorization number and our return address.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, new and unworn.
Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Refund will be made on the payment method used to place the order.
If you have purchased your order on Amazon, please contact Amazon customer service and follow Amazon’s return policy.
